I straighten the signs, check the signs, make sure the signs are behaving, and occasionally give them pep talks. Being a one-person crew means every listing gets my full attention, and no crooked sign goes unnoticed. So while the team may be tiny, the results are mighty.
Keeping your listing signs in perfect condition might seem simple, but it takes time, effort, and consistency—resources every busy agent already spends elsewhere. Sign N Dandy handles the upkeep for you, ensuring every sign is straight, clean, and highly visible, especially after storms or bad weather. By trusting us, you save time, maintain a professional image for every listing, and reduce the risk of missed opportunities from signs that aren’t noticed. Investing in professional sign care is an easy, low-cost way to make a strong first impression and protect the presentation of your listings.
For $100 per month, per listing, we perform weekly checks on the signs you specify, take before-and-after photos, clean them as needed, and provide a brief weekly report. This also includes response after storms or severe weather to ensure your signs remain straight, stable, and professional.
For $150 per month, per listing, the Premium tier includes everything in Basic, with more frequent inspections to catch and correct issues sooner. Detailed photos and notes are provided with each visit, and minor parts such as hooks or screws are replaced as needed. Visits are scheduled with priority to ensure your signs are always in top condition.
For $200 per month, per listing, the Platinum tier includes everything in Premium, with multiple visits per week to keep signs in peak condition. Signs receive extra care for appearance, and a monthly summary report is provided showing condition and visibility. Same-day response after storms or damage is prioritized.
We also offer sign installation and removal services for listings, making it easy to handle signs without adding extra work to your schedule. Installation is available for $50 and includes proper placement and secure mounting so your sign looks clean and professional from day one. Sign removal is $30 and is handled promptly upon request ensuring signs are taken down quickly and the property is left looking tidy.
